Factory new RSSK-1 Survival Kits are not available. If a manufacturer would consider a small production run (40 to 50 Kits), the lead time would be in excess of two years, and the cost would include tooling and engineering, which would make the kits a $20,000 to $30,000 item.

The only cost effective solution for the replacement of the RSSK-1 is the same one selected by the U. S. Government, "Complete Refurbishment" of kits. Complete replacement of all valves, reducers, mechanical components, and re-manufacture of the fiberglass case, etc.

Life Support International has the full capability and FAA certification to overhaul to new condition, and recertify Survival Kits.
